This Online Privacy Policy is designed to inform you about the use of information that you provide to GenePlanet (“GenePlanet,” “we,” or “us”) through GenePlanets’s website relating to Non-invasive Prenatal Genetic Testing for Fetal Chromosomal Aneuploidies (NIPT by GenePlanet) located at (“Site”).

We only collect personally identifiable information from you when you voluntarily choose to provide us with such information, such as when you register for newsletters, place orders, request information from GenePlanet, or if you are a healthcare service provider, if you register for access to the Site’s login section. By submitting Personally Identifiable Information to GenePlanet, you agree that we may contact you by phone, post, e-mail or fax to keep you updated about any subscription you may have, possible changes to your account, as well as about any information which may be relevant for you as a registered user.

We maintain such Personally Identifiable Information for internal purposes only, as well as to ensure that you receive any information that you may request from, and to provide you with information on our products and services.

We will not sell, exchange, transfer or otherwise give your Personally Identifiable Information to any third party without your consent, subject to the exceptions elaborated below in the section of this Online Privacy Policy entitled “Disclosure of Personal Information”.

Cookies and Use of Google Analytics
A ‘cookie’ is a small text based file given to you by a visited website that helps identify you to that site. Cookies are used to maintain state information as you navigate different pages on a website or return to the website at a later time. The Site does not use any specific ‘cookie’ programmed by GenePlanet or bought from a third party by GenePlanet to track individual users. However, GenePlanet does use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics does make use of cookies in order to facilitate analysis of how users use the Site and to track Site traffic. This data does not identify individual users and GenePlanet is not able to use this data to individually identify any user of the site.
